29 CFR 1910.66(j):(j) Employees on working platforms were not protected by a personal fall arrest system meeting the requirements of subpart I of this part and as otherwise provided by this standard: On January 7, 2022, at 11291 Tamiami Trail North, in Naples, Florida, employees were exposed to fall hazards from an elevated car lift platform due to the employer not providing an adequate means of fall protection pursuant to 29 CFR Part 1910, Subpart I.
