29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about 12/27/2021, in the production floor, employer did not have a written Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedure for machines with multiple energy sources such as, but not limited to: Variovac Optimus 35 rollstock packaging machine (energy sources: electrical, pneumatic, thermal). Employees unjamming machines did not utilize a LOTO procedure and were exposed to thermal burns. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
