29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer failed to evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces are permit-required confined spaces: On or about December 27, 2021, near the Product Finishing Line, employees entered a space located between the transfers and the chamfer table to repair hydraulic lines where the machinery and equipment inside the space contained moving and rotating parts. A thorough evaluation of the entry procedures was not conducted.
