29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit must be clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit." a. On or about December 28, 2021, and at times prior, in the Production Barn, the employer did not ensure that each emergency exit was clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit", thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with emergency evacuation such as, but not limited to, burns, smoke inhalation, and crushing injuries.
