29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer must ensure all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about December 27, 2021, during the operation of the MEDART #6 Two- Roll Straightener at the work location 2401 Gambrinus Avenue SW, Canton, OH 44706 (Plant A, Finishing Department). The employer did not ensure that the walking-working surface at the operator's station and around the machine was free from oil/coolant that had leaked on the floor in the working area exposing employees to slip and fall hazards.
