29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(1): The equipment was not inspected at least every 12 months by a qualified person in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section: a. On a jobsite, located at 1135 Riverside Drive, Palm Coast, FL: On or about December 22, 2021, the employer exposed employees to a hazard, in that an annual crane inspection was not conducted on the 30-ton American Crawler Friction Crane (#597) prior to usage.
