29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On a third level balcony, located 70 Ascend Circle, Building 12, Saint John's, Florida 32259: On or about December 14, 2021, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while unloading plywood that was hoisted by a forklift truck to the unguarded balcony.
