29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3) The employer did not ensure that stairs have uniform riser heights and tread depths between landings. a. 2nd Processing - On or about December 14, 2021, the three step on each side of metal fabricated stairs with landing between process lines was did not have uniform riser heights. The first step was 8.25 inches, the second step was, 11.33 inches, and the third step was 9.25 inches, exposing employees to a fall hazard. No Abatement Required - Corrected During Inspection
