29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) On or about December 8, 2021, employees working on and around the glaze pump were exposed to an in going nip point, in-that the glaze pump turning wheel was not properly guarded. (b) On or about December 14, 2022, employees working on and around the conveyor line were exposed to an in going nip point, in-that the chain and sprocket located on the conveyor line (close to glaze pump) was not properly guarded. (c) On or about December 14, 2022, employees working on and around the old fryer were exposed to an in going nip point, in-that the chain and sprocket driven controls located on the fryer were not properly guarded.
