29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about 12/11/2021 on Extrusion Line #6, employees shutting down the line to prepare for the extrusion die to be cleaned, did not utilize a lockout/tagout procedure on the Embosser machine. Employees' hands/arms were exposed to be pulled into the Embosser's belts exposing employees to crushing hazards. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
