29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: At a worksite located at 204 1st Street, Pattonsburg, MO 64670: On or about December 6, 2021, and at times prior to, a nitrogen stabilizer was added to the nurse tanks. Employees exposed to potentially toxic or hazardous substances, including corrosives were not provided with personal protective equipment to protect them from chemical burns. Employees were adding Cortvea N-Serve 24 nitrogen stabilizer to a nurse tank full of anhydrous ammonia, (Tank 4) outside the chemical storage building. Employees overfilled the tank resulting in a chemical burn to an employee
