29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about December 15, 2021 employees working near the dust collector were exposed to housekeeping, fire and explosion hazards from the accumulations of combustible wood dust on horizontal surfaces including but not limited to piping, electrical conduit and equipment, floors and elevated structural components of the building.
