29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a. On or about November 24, 2021, an employee was working from atop an A-Frame ladder, while performing repairs on a water heater, during which time the employee did not utilize, nor had the employer developed, documented and utilized procedures for the control of hazardous energy; therefore exposing the employee to electrical, thermal burn and fall hazards.
