29 CFR 1910.140(c)(21): The employer did not provide for prompt rescue of each employee in the event of a fall. (a) At 764 Lullwater Road NE Atlanta, Georgia, on or about December 2, 2021, employees were exposed to a delay of rescue during tree removal where the employer failed to provide for the immediate rescue of an employee by identifying a rescue plan prior to ascent of the tree.
