29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: a- 57 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ: Workers, up to and including the company Foreman, were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 9 feet to the lower floor's surface, when using an aluminum extension ladder whose side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above a landing surface being accessed. Condition observed on or about 12/02/2021.
