29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. a. One Capital Drive, Suite 1, Cranbury, NJ - Slitter lines The employer did not ensure that specific procedures were developed and utilized for the control of hazardous energy. Employees engaged in the maintenance of equipment that included, but was not limited to, Arrow Converting Corp., Model 325 Slitter, performed lockout tagout procedures during the changing of the cutting blades on the equipment and were not provided specific procedures to control the release of electrical and/or mechanical energy. Violation occurred on or about April 21, 2022
