29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Located at 5716 Datura Lane in Westerville, Ohio: On or about November 30, 2021, the employer failed to maintain an effective safety and health program to ensure that hazards were identified and corrected onsite while employees performed roofing work. Florentino Velasco was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1532789, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/29/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2384 Vineyard Road, Columbus, Ohio 43220.
