29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A):Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: Omaha Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Inc. located at 4835 South 49th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68117 On or about October 15, 2021, the employer did not protect employees from exposure to the SARS-CoV-2 virus known to cause COVID-19 in that the employer allowed an employee who worked throughout the COVID-19 isolation areas to wear an N95 tight fitting filtering facepiece respirator with a full beard of facial hair.
