29 CFR 1910.23(b)(13): The employer did not ensure that no employee carries any object or load that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall while climbing up or down the ladder. a) At the trim block conveyor waste belt pulley number 2, located at 1603 Drayton Rd, Cordele, GA 31015, on November 18, 2021, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to slip and fall hazards, in that a safe method of transporting chainsaws and hand tools was not provided to employees utilizing a ladder.
