29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1):Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926 Subpart P. b) Jobsite: 700 Ramona Ave, Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not ensure employees working in an excavation approximately 11 foot deep were protected from collapses with the use of a protective system. Conditioned observed on or about November 23, 2021.
