29 CFR 1910.36(h)(2): The outdoor exit route was not covered where snow and ice was likely to accumulate along the route; a) Dollar General Store, 10757 Route 11, Adams, NY - Exit door at south side of the store. On or about 11/23/21, the exit used to leave the facility during an emergency was not covered by a canopy or other covering to minimize/eliminate the potential of slip and/or fall hazards, as well as the exit route becoming blocked from the accumulations of snow and ice. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
