29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: a) 533 Forest Road, Hazleton, PA: Martin Roll Stands #5 and #6: The energy control procedure for the Martin Roll Stands did not address the hazard of gravitational energy, on or about November 23, 2021. International Paper Company was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1286361, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 29, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 238 Mays Bridge Road SW, Rome, GA 30165.
