29 CFR 1910.272(m)(1)(i): Regularly scheduled inspections of at least the mechanical and safety control equipment associated with dryers, grain steam processing equipment, dust collection equipment including filter collectors, and bucket elevators was not accomplished: The employer is failing to protect employees from injury. This was most recently documented on November 16, 2021 at 810 Central Street, Osceola, Nebraska when it was discovered the employer had not been performing regular inspections of all the facility's grain handling equipment.
