29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not continuously maintained free of obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency: a) 2751 Southampton Road, PHILADELPHIA, PA 19154 - On or about November 12, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the exit route was maintained free of obstructions. A 55 gallon drum was stored on a pallet, which was placed within the emergency exit route, exposing employees to fire hazards in case of an emergency.
