29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: (a) Cummins Inc. dba Cummins Sales and Service at 8213 E 96th Ave, Henderson, CO 80640: On or about November 16, 2021, and at times prior, employees assigned to perform servicing and maintenance work on the Cincinnati Mechanical Shear were not trained on machine specific procedures to render the machine safe prior to performing the work. This condition exposes the employee to hazards of uncontrolled energy.
