29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns. On or about November 15, 2021 and times prior there to, the employer did not ensure an employee exposed to overhead falling objects was provided protection via protective helmets. Rodriguez Masonry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1494395 , citation number one, item number one, issued on October 2, 2020, and was affirmed as a final order on November 4, 2020 Workplace located at 12996 Averi Lane, Farmers Branch, TX 75234.
