29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Employees were exposed to safety hazards. Employees working on the formation lines K1 and K2 were exposed to injury from electrical fire hazard. Two 100 VAC power strips/extension cords, were used to provide electrical power to fans used on K1 and K2 lines in formation.
