29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Warehouse, North Wall: On or about November 8, 2021, the employer exposed employees to trip and fall hazards, in that access to the main electrical disconnects for electrical battery chargers were obstructed by pallets with material which may delay or prevent isolation of electrical supply in an emergency involving the battery chargers.
