29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points: Spotlight 29 Casino, Electrical Panel UB: On and/or before November 04, 2021 the employer did not ensure temporary power cord(s) were protected from accidental damage. A black temporary power cord was pinched underneath an electrical panel housing and the wall. The cord was used to power a yellow multi adapter spyder box. This condition exposed employees to the potential of electrical shock hazard(s).
