29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) Facility - On or about June 23, 2021, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards due to operating a press brake (Press Brake #8: Accurpress, Model #412012, Serial #11925) bending 18 inch steel stakes with the press brake not being adequately guarded to prevent the employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operating cycle.
