29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: a) Jennadee Drive; Lot 191: On or about 10/20/2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that they were operating Makita and Pierce (PRC) pneumatic nail gun(s) without eye protection while performing roofing activities. Adrian Barron Ocampo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1538883, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/13/20221, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 1, Springfield Way Atlanta, GA 30349
