29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2):The employer did not ensure that all employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were annually fit tested: Marshall Browning Hospital Association located at 900 North Washington Street, DuQuoin, IL 62832 On or about 10-26-2021 through 12-06-2022, the employer did not ensure that all employees were fit tested prior to being required to wear, and wearing, a 3M N95 respirator to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus in the performance of their duties, which included, but was not limited to, caring for patients in the hospital who were identified and diagnosed as COVID-19 positive.
