29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface six feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level where leading edges were under construction but who was not engaged in the leading edge work, was not protected from falling by a guardrail. On or about October 28, 2021, on the Southside of the site, employees were performing awning/canopy work at heights greater than six (6) feet above the lower level without adequate fall protection.
