29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: a.) 1033 Old West Chocolate Avenue, Hershey, PA, on or about October 24, 2021, the employer did not certify that periodic inspections had been completed for equipment including, but not limited to, the #2 wrapper on the nuggets line within the last 12-months. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
