29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: Central Paper Stock, Inc. located at 6665 Jonas Place in Berkeley, MO 63134: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to fire hazards related to accumulation of combustible dust generated during the paper baling process. This condition was most recently observed on or about 11/17/2021. Combustible dust was allowed to accumulate in depths that ranged from 0.75 to 2.0 inches around the tops of paper rolls near the backside of the large Harris Selco Baler and other building surfaces and equipment.
