29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: a) Francisco Morales Cruz DBA Fran Roofing LLC located at 6395 Spring Run Drive, Westerville, OH 43082: On and preceding October 26, 2021, the employer did not implement and maintain an effective safety and health program onsite to ensure that fall hazards were identified and corrected onsite. Franscisco Morales Cruz was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1533840, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 7781 Blue Ash Ct, Canal Winchester, 43110.
