On or about October 21, 2021, and at times thereto at Honeywell Inc in Geismar, LA; the employer�s process hazard analysis for the G-245fa unit did not address application of detection methodologies to provide early warning of releases in the area of the Recycle HF and Organic Feed Control Station A � E bypass valves, such as, but not limited to, fixed sensors.
