29 CFR 1910.178(a)(4): Modifications and additions which affect the capacity and safe operation of the powered industrial trucks were performed by the employer without the manufacturer's prior written approval. A) 2615 U.S. 130 Cranbury, NJ 08512 - Warehouse Area Employee(s) were operating Doosan and Toyota forklifts that had carpet pole attachments used for moving heavy carpet rolls and other coiled materials. The use of these attachments did not have the manufacturer's approval. Condition noted on or about 10/21/2021
