29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(i): Within 6 months of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level, the employer shall establish a valid baseline audiogram against which subsequent audiograms can be compared. At the worksite located at 4343 Easton Road, Saint Joseph, Missouri: a) Employee working in the paint booth had not received a baseline audiogram prior to wearing hearing protection. b) Employees working in fabrication had not received baseline audiograms prior to wearing hearing protection.
