29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On or about 10/18/2021 Auchly Roofing, Inc. was installing roofing materials on a roof of a residential building located on lot 170 on Timber Bluff Drive in Wentzville, MO. Two employees were not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns. Auchly Roofing, Inc. was previously citied for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1391146, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/14/2019, with respect to a workplace located on lot 151 Timber Bluff Drive in Wentzville, MO.
