OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized electrocution, electrical shock and burns hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees: a) This violation occurred on or about October 13, 2021, and at times prior thereto; the employer did not ensure that employees operating elevated platform maintain the required distance of a minimum 10 feet away from overhead power lines, exposing employees to electrocution, electrical shock and burns hazards.
