29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about October 12th, 2021, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that employees working on an elevated platform was cleared of shredded tire build-up prior to work being done, exposing employees to fall hazards.
