29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart: a- On or about 10/13/2021 40 E Crescent Ave, Ramsey NJ 07446: Employees engaged in roofing activities at this site were exposed to fire hazards from a5 gallon gasoline container used to furnish fuel to an onsite generators and did not ensure that employees had available firefighting equipment at the jobsite.
