29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). (a) Location - 27 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA On or about 10/07/21, The controlling employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job site were performed by a competent person. Employees of subcontractor, L&A Property Services LLC, were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling roofing materials as well as fall hazards of greater than 30 feet above a lower level.
