29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2):In energized installations, each outlet box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: a) Fort Knox Army Installation - Bldg. 2840, Rooms 209 and 211 - 1st Infantry Division Road: On or about 10/06/2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to an electrical hazard, in that numerous energized 120V outlets and light switches were not covered or protected.
