29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of the machinery was not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operating cycle: a) Gnutti #4, Martin No. 12 hydraulic power marking machine - Employees were exposed to a point of operation hazard while operating a hydraulically powered marking machine that was not equipped with adequate point of operation guarding and/or guarding devices, on or about September 24, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
