29 CFR 1910.269(p)(1)(ii)(A): The vehicle did not have a reverse signal alarm audible above the surrounding noise level. a) 255 Highway 27 S, Armuchee, GA: On or about September 29, 2021, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that motor vehicles including, but not limited to, a Dodge Ram 3500 Heavy Duty flatbed truck, having an obstructed view to the rear and operated on off-highway job sites was equipped with a reverse signal alarm where employees perform activities such as right of way clearing for power transmission lines.
