OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that a powered industrial truck operator was exposed to a caught-in-between hazard when operating the truck while not wearing a seatbelt: On or about September 20, 2021, at a mall located at 19501 Biscayne Boulevard in Aventura, Florida, an employee was exposed to a caught-in-between hazard when operating a forklift while not wearing a seatbelt.
