OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to being struck-by debris from a felled decayed tree and another tree in the felling path: (a) Logan Country Club, Golf Course River Embankment: On August 13, 2021, employees were exposed to being struck by falling tree limbs, while working approximately 20 feet from a tree that was in the drop zone of a tree being felled.
