29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) On or about 09/10/2021, at the clubhouse construction site, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing sheathing work. Vance Brothers Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1372450, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/17/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2500 Golden Gate Parkway, Naples, FL 34105.
